After 5 months of writing letters and calling people back and forth did this case draw to a close. I received a letter from the Massachusetts State Police Department in which they apologize for the poor way that this was handled. They assured me that they were going to re-evaluate their troopers in public respect and that this will not happen again. My respect for the men in uniform is restored. Thank you detective.

Apple store on 14th street NY

So I went to the Apple store on 14th street yesterday since my new I Pod stopped working. I had a great experience. The genius bar was so crowded and behind schedule but I was there on time and the guy helped me right away. No questions asked…..replaced the new with a newer one. Must say, it has been the best experience I have had with service from Apple support in a long time. The I Phone on the other hand is a disgrace. The only thing it is truly good for is texting. Then again, it is not Apple but AT&T that sucks. We don’t even get service on the 29th floor of our building.

I truly belief that Caster is a woman. Come on people, look at Martina Navratilova….she looks like a man even more than Caster does. The test that has to be done to detemine her femininity will proof all you sceptics wrong. Also, why do people have to be so cruel about her look. You pass judgment on someone based on their look and Im sure if you have to go against her in a race all we will see is dust in the wind….. Respect her and the ability she has. The is a incredible athlete. Lets keep it about the sport and take the focus of the sexuality.

Letter to Court

To whom it may concern:

I am writing to contest the enclosed summons I received on July 4, 2009 at Horseneck Beach for allegedly walking on protected land. I am contesting the summons because the area in which I was walking has absolutely no signs informing people that the area is protected, and I took photographs that afternoon showing that there are indeed no signs. Furthermore, the state police officer who issued the summons was abusive: he threatened me with arrest, he ordered me to sit on the ground, he berated me for not having a drivers license with me (I didn’t because I had come to the beach on my bike); and he demanded to search my backpack (and did) with absolutely no grounds to do so. I have filed a complaint with the state police and have contacted the ACLU, but I would like to appear before the court and describe how this officer treated me simply because I was retrieving my bike from the dunes.

What white person woke up one morning and decided that white people should consider themselves to be so fucking SUPERIOR?? I am watching the Olympic tryouts in Berlin this week and realized that the US is absolutely represented by African Americans!! How many white athletes do we see competing from the US? Zero to none! Sad right. And don’t tell me that sports are balanced equally between whites and black in this country cause that is bullshit. African Americans in this country carry our name in the sports Arena!!

I was really excited for this store to open in the city and paid a visit to see what all the buzz was about. Truly, what a mess…..once again it is kids dancing aroung in swimsuits with absolutely NO clue of what is where in their store. They can not even direct you to the right floor. The store is very dark inside and I am sure Abercrombie can get ready for a lawsuit when some old lady falls on those so well lit stairs! The only thing that I might have liked are the video panels they have inserted. Otherwise a waist of time. If I want to one of their store I will drive to Short Hills mall instead. At least the staff are friendly and compotent over there. Mark my words about a lawsuit!!
